Augsburg, 22.04.2025 – Sonntag & Partner Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB, under the lead of the Augsburg partner and lawyer Mikhail B. Rasumny, provided legal advice to SÜDWERK Group on the sale of a project company to ENERPARC Group.
The SÜDWERK Group has sold a project company in Burgkunstadt to the ENERPARC Group as part of a share deal. The project company has built a photovoltaic plant in the district of Eichstätt in Upper Bavaria on a total area of 60 hectares and it is already in the construction phase. The parties intend to develop, construct and operate further PV plants with a total project area of approx. 130 ha based on the existing concept.
